The prices shown are for year 2012. These are “per week” and include midweek cleaning and change of sheets and towels.
Booking is simple. Either complete the Contact Us form or use the contact details on the left hand side of this page. A 30% deposit will secure a booking – this can be paid by debit card, credit card or direct bank transfer. Once this is received, we will confirm your booking by email.
Full payment is then due two weeks prior to arrival. We will also need to authorise your credit card for €1,500 as a deposit against damages and extra cleaning. No monies will be taken from the card unless there are actual damages
Our renters have included families, couples and groups of friends who all enjoy the varied beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs and lifestyle that makes Ibiza world renowned.
Although Saturday is a typical changeover day, we are very flexible with move in and move out dates. This is to accommodate people wishing to take advantage of low cost midweek flights for airlines such as Easyjet and Air Berlin. There is no minimum stay period, however there is a minimum rental charge of one week. Likewise there is no maximum period and a typical summer season will normally include people occupying for one month or more at a time.
In order to avoid disappointment please contact us as soon as possible for your reservation. The villa gets booked up very quickly and some dates as we write this are no longer available.
